Andrew quickly replaced and trenched the new line, even wrapping the pipe in freeze protectant and stabilizing it so I would never be able to break it again. “Electric water heater failed. Waterloo Plumbing drained tank, cleaned out large amount of calcium from bottom of tank and replaced electric elements. All repairs completed and complete clean up done. Very pleased with service. Would recommend to friend and neighbor. Had Waterloo Plumbing back to install water softener. Water checked for hardness and softener installed and programed for usage and water quality. Substantially less expensive than Culligan. Softener works great. Highly recommmend.”

Andrew made time in his schedule to come by the very next day - sooner than anyone else we could find. He was patient with all my questions and clear in his explanations.
