“We hired this company to fix an issue with my water heater. While it was not working properly initially, after multiple service visits, the problem was never resolved and was actually worse after their work than before. During one of the visits, water damage occurred inside my home (sheetrock damage). The technician was aware of it, and I have photos and videos documenting the damage. I was patient and tried to handle things reasonably, assuming the main issue would be fixed- it wasn’t. I was also explicitly told the water heater was under warranty and would be replaced, only to later be told that this was incorrect due to internal miscommunication. That information directly affected decisions and expectations and should never have happened. When I attempted to resolve this directly with the owner, communication became inconsistent. Promises were made to address the damage, but no timeline was provided, and ultimately my messages were read and ignored. I was left with unresolved plumbing issues, property damage, and no accountability. This experience has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I would strongly recommend getting everything in writing and proceeding with *caution* before hiring this company.”
