About
Seals Plumbing operates out of Burnet, TX as a local plumbing outfit that handles residential and light commercial work across the area. Homeowners in this part of Texas deal with hard water lines, septic backups, and sudden fixture failures that hit hardest during the hot summers and occasional freezes. The crew stays ready for those calls with straightforward service that focuses on getting water flowing again without extra steps or delays. They cover everything from kitchen and bath remodel tie-ins to full system diagnostics, and they show up prepared for the kinds of jobs that other outfits might pass on.
Technicians like Tank and Michael handle the day-to-day work by arriving on time, locating the actual problem fast, and finishing the repair the same visit whenever possible. One customer needed a kitchen countertop uninstall fixed after another crew left the plumbing in bad shape, and the team sorted the connections without tearing up the new surfaces. Another call came in for a suspected vent problem causing sewage smells, but they traced it to the hot water heater instead and corrected the issue on the spot. Michael showed up exactly at nine for a Saturday-initiated bathroom shower and hardware swap, walked the homeowner through every detail, and wrapped the job in about fifteen minutes once the parts were confirmed. Quick responses to septic and drain calls keep things running without repeated visits.
Customers keep coming back because the work holds up, the crew answers fast, and the pricing stays reasonable even when the job turns out bigger than expected. Reviews highlight solid quality on every repair, same-day or next-day scheduling that actually happens, clear updates from the first contact through completion, and no surprises on the bill. That combination of results and reliability builds the kind of trust that turns one-time fixes into standing relationships across Burnet. DIRT Score 5.0 from 159 reviews on Finds.

What Customers Say
“Love knowing that when I call Tanker’s, it gets done and it gets done right. Super friendly staff & plumbers and super easy to work with. I had new kitchen countertops installed and they fixed the “uninstall” by the countertop company. It was not an easy task but they did a fabulous job. Now I know for sure my faucet & RO are working flawlessly again.”
“Can't say enough good things about Tankers. Very professional, from the owner Tank to his employees. They were extremely quick to respond, quick to find the problem, and quick to get it all back up and running. Tankers will always be my first call for any future septic/plumbing issues. Thank y'all!”
“I contacted Tankers on Saturday to get an estimate for a bathroom shower and hardware replacement. They said someone could be over Tuesday morning between 9-11 in the morning. Michael arrived promptly at 9:00 and looked over the project and provided all of the information I needed. Took just 15 minutes. Unlike some others, Tankers did not require me to "pay" to get an estimate for their business. Thanks!”
“We had what I thought to be a vent problem where we had what I thought to be sewage smells coming out of our drains in our home. I called Tankers after cleaning drains several times with no improvement. They quickly determined it was not a drain issue, it was a hot water issue. The hot water heater anode needed replacement which they did along with flushing the unit. I am fairly certain this will resolve the smelly drains but time will tell. Tankers was great communicating with us and their plumber they sent out was great and on time. No hesitation on my part recommending them.”
“Impeccable work and quick response. Not only did Tanker’s work to find someone who could make it out to my house that day, they worked diligently to pinpoint the problem and get our hot water back on and running. And Jordan was so kind. Highly recommend and will definitely use them again!”
