Celestial Solar & Water Systems, Inc.

Celestial Solar & Water Systems, Inc. works as plumbers based in Las Vegas, TX. They handle water related jobs with ties to solar pool heating and filtration systems that protect home supplies. The company serves spots in Nevada, Arizona, and California from their Texas base, dealing with the kind of water issues that come up in hot regions. Homeowners there often need reliable fixes for filtration and pool setups that double as plumbing tasks. The heat in Las Vegas, TX means pools lose water fast and pipes face expansion issues, so their plumbing work includes solar options to keep things efficient and costs down for local houses. They run full plumbing services that cover water filtration installs, solar thermal panel hookups for pools, and repairs to keep supplies clean in dry conditions. Crews show up to handle leaks in lines, set up systems that cut down on evaporation losses, and tie in electric solar panels where it makes sense for the job. In Las Vegas, TX the constant sun and dust wear out standard setups quick, so these plumbers focus on durable parts that stand up to the weather while keeping bills lower through better flow and protection. Jobs often involve checking whole home water lines and adding filtration to stop buildup that hits every house in the area. Customers keep coming back because the work gets done fast without dragging out, the quality holds up on every filtration or pool job, and the prices stay straight without surprises. Communication stays clear from the first call through the finish so folks know what to expect on their property. The high volume of feedback shows they deliver solid results on the details that matter most to homeowners dealing with water systems. DIRT Score 4.59 from 587 reviews on Finds.

“Celestial Solar & Water Systems was great to work with. They were recommended by our pool installer (Eternity Pools LV) & by our nephew. We were very happy with the company and the solar technicians, especially Rafa. WOW he really knows his stuff! They were there on time and very professional. Before installation and after installed Rafa went through the whole system explaining what he was going to do and then what he did and how everything works. He made sure we understood the system, he is very patient. The office staff that I spoke with, Elly, was very helpful and friendly. And Jason the sales person who came by to show us the system was also very helpful. I definitely recommend Celestial Solar to anyone. We put up 7 panels to heat up our pool.”

“Celestial is the third company I’ve had look at my solar system. Other technicians could not get the solar control panel communicating with the pool pump. Celestial’s pleasant representatives were thorough and had everything working perfectly in no time at all. I cannot express how happy I am. I’ll be calling Celestial for my pre-season checkups from here on. Thank you for honest, prompt, friendly service. Your people should be commended.”

“Nothing could’ve been done any better. From our initial sales talk with Andy to the superb installation with Jordan and Ivan we couldn’t have been happier. Now I’m looking forward to see if it all works the way it’s supposed to and if I have any questions or problems I know exactly who to contact. Great job and I highly recommend celestial solar.”

“I highly recommend Celestial for your pool solar needs. They executed my installation on time, flawlessly and beautifully, painted the pipes on the side of my home to match the color perfectly and even painted the area along the roof line a darker color to perfectly match it as well. The system works great and the team worked alongside my other Pool and Landscaping contractors during the process seamlessly. They also offer great pricing. They are the perfect 10 / 10!”

“Excellent job! Ben came out and provided me with a “no pressure” quote. That was immediately followed up by Elly in the office in a message. Upon my accepting the quote, an installation date was scheduled for the following week! Jobani arrived on time and worked very hard, even in the heat of the afternoon, to complete the job in one day. Dennis also came out twice to help and answer any questions I had about the solar pool system. Dennis demonstrated and explained the system once they finished, and they checked the system at least twice (for correct pressure, leaks, and smooth operation) before they left. They painted all the pipes to match the roof and house, as well as any new plumbing they installed. Celestial Pool & Water Systems gets a 5+ for service, knowledge, response and p”

“Dennis was very helpful and a very kind person. He worked very hard and also explained the set up very well. The warranty is what sold me. Most solar experiences I hear the customers get ripped off and the warranty does not cover what they said they cover. I've always been nervous about this but after discussing this project with celestial solar I knew I was picking the right company. I can't wait to feel my heated pool!”

“Be very careful using this company. We paid for a solar panel for our pool last fall and this spring the unit has not heated our pool at all. We have had 4 different technicians sent out and each time it’s a different story but they are sure they fixed it. But nothing they have done has fixed it. When you call them on the phone you are told you will get a call back but that never happens either. I have been the one who has to reach out. Now the owner is involved and wants to send yet another tech out because he refuses to give us a refund even though we are under warranty. I tell you all this so you don’t waste $5500 on a unit that may not work.”

“I should’ve known better than moving forward with Celestial Solar from the start. After giving me an initial quote, they came back and said they underpriced it because they “didn’t realize” my roof wasn’t a shingle roof. That should’ve been the first red flag. I’ve had them out for annual system checks, and last year I specifically told the technician that air bubbles were coming into the pool whenever the solar system was running. I was told they couldn’t find any issues. Fast forward to this year during their $240 spring startup service, and suddenly they “find” a broken vacuum release valve…conveniently after the 3-year warranty had expired. I was quoted $100 for that repair, but ended up being charged $135 on the invoice. There was also an issue with the actuator, and I was told it wou”

“Very transparent and easy process in navigating quotes and installation. They were always on time, professional, and courteous. Great job on the install and no mess left behind. I'm very happy with the service Celestial provided!”

“Celestial has been a very responsive and professional service provider for all of our solar needs. We inherited an older system and they have been instrumental in maintaining our solar service.”
