“Purchased a water softener separately through Home Depot and got a quote for install of $945. Through weeks of their mistakes and having to fix them, it ended up costing $2227. Charged double the original quote after they left the softener in the middle of the laundry room blocking water valve shut off and it had to be moved back 10 inches. Charged an additional $385 for not having the discharge water go into our lawn and routed correctly into the sewer system. I would find another company with integrity to stand by their quotes and fix their mistakes. Do not recommend.”

“We recently needed our outside spigot replaced. We called FannCo to come and fix the problem. During a repair, a pipe on the inside of the house broke, requiring them to cut a hole in our wall. A simple job was now more complicated. The owner came out and spent 4 hours making sure it was fixed properly. The office staff, plumbers, and ultimately, the owner, we were treated with top service and respect. They are courteous, professional and highly knowledgeable.”

After carefully explaining what work was to be done, and what the price ranges were. They proceeded to get started. Throughout the entire process, Caleb and Jackson took the time to update me on their progress and showed me exactly where the leak was coming from. Needless to say, the replaced the damage section and patched up all necessary plumbing. The workplace was left spotless and I couldn't be happier. This isn't the first time they had came out to do some work on the house for me, each and every time, their level of customer service and professionalism still amazes me. If you're looking for quality work, timely individuals, and a can-do attitude, this company won't disappoint.
