“This is unfortunate. Plumb Doctors used to be great. We've had them come out and do a fair amount of work for our house, including a serious middle of the night emergency repair. But our opinion has soured over the past couple of months. Most recently, Plumb Doctors installed a FlowTech device to help with hard water gumming up a special valve we had installed. Andrew said we would likely need follow-ups, as in the initial stages, the FlowTech can knock loose some of the pipe scaling that has been happening for years. He said he'd be happy to come out several times and take a look at our valves. However, getting him out here again to follow up has been a nightmare. The first time, it took a month and a half, after countless no-shows and excuses. Now that the valve is clogged up again, we still haven't been able to get him out here, despite several appointments made and missed, often without explanation or notice. We're still waiting (almost at a month now). If we had known how hard it was going to be to actually have follow-ups, we would have gone with a different plumber.”

“Insinkerator Badger trash disposal was leaking. Unit was 11+ years old; it was time. Called up the docs and needed it expeditiously because my tenant was moving in the very next morning. They sent muh man, Josh, over and he was brilliant. Walked me through the diagnosis and required solution. Got all that was needed from his van, showed me what thorough repair/replacement experience is supposed to be like. Thanks a ton, Josh! The entire thing was most definitely on the pricey side but it needed to be done. I had no other viable options and was literally in the 11th hour. This Badger should last another 10+ years, hopefully. I highly recommend Plumb Docs and if you want a best-in-class experience, ask for Josh!!”

“Installed faulty shower pan, dodged calls for months, then provided inadequate response to resolve issue. Would recommend for basic work, but avoid them for any difficult / non-basic work.”

“Marc w/Plumb Doctors is what every customer hopes for when hiring a plumbing professional. He was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable with a “get it fixed” attitude. I was in the middle of refreshing/updating one of our bathrooms and encountered an issue with the replacement of the tub spout. Marc came out diagnosed the issue and offered up two suggestions to get it resolved(the first being contact the manufacturer-Moen, to inquire if the have the additional part to resolve the issue.). Needless to say, I contacted Moen and they sent the subject part promptly. There was no charge for the trip or Marc’s time. This was amazing service and I will definitely utilize them for all my future plumbing needs. As for plumbing fixtures…stick with Moen as they have a lifetime guarantee AND they stand by it!”

“Beyond disappointing- said they would be out this morning. Around 11:30am I called to confirm they were still coming, and was told the technician would be here in about an hour. Another hour went by, I called again- this time no one picked up and I was sent to a full mailbox. I even tried 2 more times in case that was a fluke- same message. I wish I had searched reviews by “most recent” as it seems this place does not have any positive reviews in the last 7 months. Do not call!!”
