“Shannon has done several jobs for me and he is always reliable, honest, fair, and very pleasant. I highly recommend his company for any plumbing issues you may have. He is very responsive to calls and will show up when he says he will. I've never had any problems or concerns with him. That is very nice to have in an area where you have few plumbers, and a lot of contractors do not stand by their work, or even respond to your calls. Definitely will use Highland Lakes plumbing for all of my plumbing needs.”

“Dont use these people. They are cons. Hit me with an $1100 bill to unclog a pipe and the issue reoccurred six mths later. New plumber charged me $345….a third of the price. These people will half ass do the work and not complete the job. They didnt even patch the drywall they cut to get to the pipe. STAY AWAY. This company is a JOKE!!!!!”
