He was great and found the problem quickly. Thankfully was not severe problem and only had to cut small place in wall. “Quick to respond. we needed a hot water heater replaced. It was not necessarily emergency, but they responded quickly. The technician was very professional. He took a lot of time -looking at everything checking everything. It happened to be on a Friday. We said we did not need service over the weekend, but they were able to replace it by Monday. I would have loved for them to tell me the service call cost when I booked the appointment so I could estimate a total cost; the whole appointment ended up costing about $345 to diagnose and replace (including cost of new disposal).
