“Hate to say this but plumber replace my uncle toilet that had busted wax , he clean as much as he could with the toilet still on .. plumber didn’t scrape the rest after removing toilet and replaced the new toilet on hardened wax on the floor now toilet rocks .. And they already have a back up plan in case things don’t go as planned! 3. They are experienced, professional, and very personable, not minding explaining the process to me!
