“Jimi is great. He has continued to go above and beyond to fix issues created by previous plumbers. 10/10 would def recommend”

“We had a fantastic experience with Smith Family Plumbing! Jimi did an amazing job installing a filtration system for our water heater. He was friendly, professional, and incredibly easy to work with from start to finish. Everything was explained clearly, the work was done efficiently, and the quality is top-notch. It’s rare to find service this smooth and reliable—highly recommend Smith Family Plumbing and Jimi in particular!”

“I couldn’t have been more pleased with our service. He installed a new toilet for us. No mess, looks great! Will definitely use him again.”

“Prompt professional got the job done 100% pleased with the service thank you Jimi.”

“Jimi was absolutely amazing. He was earlier than expected. Completed the work in a timely manner. He also explained every step he took. Truly excellent work and so well priced. I will call him for all my plumbing needs and he will be referred to all my family and friends.”

“First time to use him. Will definitely use again. Extremely nice and courteous. Most definitely a 5 Star rating in my book. Been a long while since I’ve had that kind of service. THANK YOU!!”

“Excellent experience! Jimi responded quickly after I reached out . He was very knowledgeable and explained everything that needed to be done in a way that I can understand it! I’ve had several plumbers come out to my home in the last few years and I was not happy with any of them ! Jimi far exceeded my expectations ! I will be using smith family plumbing again for sure !”

“Jimi and Davi were able to come out earlier than I'd originally anticipated; which was good for the pace of my project. The tub I'd purchased was larger than the tub that I'd originally had. They had the foresight to know that the existing plumbing lines would make the faucet and shower head slightly off center and made the necessary adjustments to re-center the plumbing lines. They were very professional.”

“We lost water to 2 houses from our well pump. They were able to get out here and figure out what was wrong quickly. Had the new pump ordered the day they came out, and it installed the day after it came in. Friendly and knowledgeable, I will definitely recommend them to anyone I know having plumbing issues. Will call on these guys again when needed! Thank you guys! Don't mind the hole in the wall, that was a previous issue. They actually secured the line to the frame of the well house, which they didn't have to do!”

“I was kept in the loop about everything that was done on the job. He talked me through what he was doing and did not overcharge me at all. I would use him again in a heartbeat. He’s very honest and patient. I recommend Smith Family Plumbing 100%!”
