“These guys are the best. I've been dealing with an insurance claim and have had these guys out to my house for multiple leaks over the past few weeks. They even rerouted my entire water line to the attic. They are all extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Greg, Joey, Jackson, and Dustin have all been a pleasure to work with and have made this unfortunate situation so much better. “I'm confused and disappointed. We recently had a fan motor go out on our condenser unit. Through our home warranty we were given Superior to work with. We had a great experience with a contractor who was doing everything he could do to help. He had some previous engagements and would not be our repairman in the near future after our last appointment. During the last appointment with him he had to order a part through our home warranty company and said that his co-workers would be in contact with us to finish the repair in his stead.
