Albert Goettle Plumbing

Albert Goettle Plumbing operates as a local plumbing outfit based in Longview, Texas. They focus on residential work for homeowners who face the usual pipe and fixture troubles that hit houses in the region. With crews that handle calls across the area, they take on jobs that range from basic drain fixes to sorting out water heaters and disposals that stop cooperating. Longview residents rely on them because the team knows the local homes and the common problems that show up with age or heavy use. The company keeps things straightforward, sending out technicians who get the work done without dragging things out longer than needed.

Their services cover unclogging sinks, swapping out garbage disposals, and getting tankless water heaters running right again after other outfits fell short. One job involved a fast response to a clogged sink and disposal replacement at an elderly homeowner’s place, where the crew stayed in touch throughout and wrapped it up without issues. Another call fixed a tankless unit that had already been serviced elsewhere, with the technician spotting what was missed and leaving it working far better than before. Over multiple years they have stepped in for repeat customers dealing with ongoing home plumbing needs, showing up promptly and handling everything from routine checks to bigger repairs while keeping prices in line with what the work actually requires. Office staff like Whitney help coordinate, and techs such as Michael answer questions clearly on site.

Customers keep coming back because the work holds up, the response times stay quick even on short notice, and the pricing stays fair without surprises. Communication stands out too, with updates during jobs and patient explanations that make the process easier for homeowners. Reviews highlight consistent reliability across speed, quality of repairs, and overall value on jobs big and small. DIRT Score 4.2 from 49 reviews on Finds.

“Absolutely amazing crew. Called them out to unclog a sink and replace a garbage disposal at my elderly (and slightly chaotic) mother’s house—so you know the stakes were high. They showed up crazy fast, kept me in the loop the whole time, and handled everything like pros. Mom and grandma both gave them glowing reviews… which is basically the highest level of certification you can get. They knocked the job out quickly, made two old ladies very happy, and saved me from having to deal with it myself—which alone was worth every penny. Great service, fair price, zero stress. Highly recommend.”

“My first service with Goettle plumbing. I can't say enough positive things about this company. My tankless water heater wasnt working well even after anther plumber serviced it. I could tell the difference in the thoroughness right away. I thought I would need a new one. Works so much better. He also cleared out my facet/shower filters as part of the service. I won't be using anyone else for my plumbing needs. You won't be disappointed with his A+ service.”

“Brent and Mason done an amazing job at my house. They had several things to do and they came in quickly and diagnosed all the problems and fixed them all in under an hour. The price is right with these guys. Very professional and highly recommend.”
