“I was given a quote for repairs from another company I called to get a second opinion. Chris responded that day I forwarded quotes for his review. Chris followed up the next day and went over what he would recommend. Thank you so much taking the time to give me advice on how to move forward at zero cost to me. I have found my go to company in the future. Very impressed with the how this company does business. Don't hesitate to call them you won't be disappointed!”
“Will and Tyler with Ledbetter Plumbing replaced the water supply lines for my kitchen sink. They had to problem solve and deal with a mixture of different pipe and connection types installed over the years in a 60 year old house. They were both very courteous and professional and explained to me what they were having to do at each step along the way. Would highly recommend.”
“I had a water leak in the kitchen. They came out and diagnosed the disposal was leaking. I was quoted $180 for a new disposal. I approved the purchase and installation. I recieved the bill and the disposal was $210. The explanation was it needed a pig tail (wire to plug in to the wall), electrical tape (not used in a disposal installation), and wire nuts. Well, when you buy a disposal at any big box store all the installation hardware is included. I'm not sure how they buy thier disposals but I would guess all that hardware is also included. A top brand (Moen) 3/4 HP disposal is $155 at Home Depot and it comes with all the installation items. It's OK that they make some money on the sale of items but the frivilous charges are what got my attention. Then I went to pay the bill online and they have a 3% charge for credit cards... Normal, then they have a $25 charge for paying with a bank account. Once again a gouge. There are no fees involved on their end for paying online with a bank account. The grype I have is I have used them now for a couple of years and had never had this type of overcharging before. To add to this the labor charge was $195.50 an hour. Again, I don't mind a business making a profit. I am also a small business owner and I get it but, they are not working on hi-tech items, it's plumbing.... Lesson Learned. Time to find a new plumber.”
“We had a great experience with this company today. They were professional, knowledgeable, and their pricing was very reasonable. The service was excellent from start to finish. We will definitely be using them again in the future for our plumbing needs.”
“Will and Tyler showed up the morning after I called and we're very polite and proffessional. I had a double sink stopped up and they had it cleared and flowing in less than an hour. Very good young men. There parents and boss should be proud of both of these young men. I won't ever use another plumbing service. Thanks guys. You're awesome.”
