Greg Young Plumbing

Thomas and Young Plumbing Services, LLC runs as a family-owned plumbing outfit out of Kilgore, TX, and handles work for homes and businesses around Longview. A Master Plumber leads the licensed crew on residential and commercial jobs that cover leak detection, fixture upgrades, video camera inspections, water heater installations, gas piping, and sewer line services. They keep to standard weekday hours from eight in the morning until five in the evening and close on weekends while listing emergency support options for after-hours calls.

Homeowners have called them for a running toilet that was driving up the water bill, a clog in an AC drain line, and a full toilet repair paired with faucet replacements at an older house. One job required the crew to trench and replace a bad cast iron pipe that ran forty-two feet under a slab to serve the kitchen and laundry room, with the work finished during rain on a holiday. Reviewers noted the same names such as Scott, John, and James showing up to handle these repairs without extra delays.

The crew tends to arrive fast after a call, often inside an hour, and keeps the talk straightforward while getting the fix done on the spot. They cover Longview, Kilgore, and nearby East Texas spots with steady updates during each project and prices that customers call affordable. Reviewers mention polite and professional manners along with clear explanations on what was wrong and how it got fixed.

“I can’t say enough amazing things for this crew & how they got me out of a plumbing bind on a holiday! John, Scott & James worked tirelessly after the trenching company made the way for them 42’ under the slab to a bad cast iron pipe that serviced my kitchen & laundry room. It’s scary enough to crawl that far under a slab but they not only did it, the work was impeccable, and it was raining!! 5 stars isn’t enough.”

“Scott came to my residence to address a clog in my AC drain line. He showed up and took care of my issue and was efficient and kind. 100% recommend for quick honest and friendly service!!!”

“We recently called Thomas & Young Plumbing and they came out to repair a toilet and replace some faucets for my Mom's house. The plumber was super nice, did all the work quickly and efficiently while explaining everything to her. She told me that she's never had a better experience with any other plumber. She is now a huge fan. I really appreciate the time he took with her. I can't recommend them enough for all your plumbing services.”
