Jeff Berry Plumbing

Jeff Berry Plumbing works out of Longview, Texas as a local crew that handles plumbing calls across the area and spots like Mount Pleasant. They deal with homes and rental properties where pipes and fixtures give out from age or weather. The outfit keeps things direct, showing up for both routine leaks and sudden problems without extra layers. Folks around East Texas reach out when they need someone familiar with the local setups rather than big outfits from farther away. One review pointed out a service area mixup that led to a last minute fee discussion, but the core remains fixing what breaks in houses and apartments.

They take on jobs like replacing leaking outside faucets with clear upfront talk on trip charges and hourly rates. Technicians send morning texts to confirm arrival times and handle technical work that involves advanced applications without backing down from the details. In one case a plumber named Ron worked through a complex project at a home where prior crews had struggled. Another call brought them out at two in the morning to stop flooding that turned an apartment and a neighbor unit into indoor pools, with the crew staying on until the water was contained and systems restored.

Work quality stands out at nine out of ten across hundreds of reviews while response speed and communication sit at six out of ten. Customers mention the crew stays steady on tough fixes and shows up ready even for middle of the night property emergencies. The ratings reflect steady results on actual repairs without overpromising on timing or updates. DIRT Score 5.0 from 727 reviews on Finds.

“Very unprofessional. Their website says they serve Mount Pleasant, but after making me wait all day with no updates, they suddenly tried to charge $450 just to show up because they’re based in Longview. That’s not honest or transparent. I didn’t move forward with them and suggest others double‑check pricing before scheduling”

“Called Pither because last plumber used in my area really gouged us in the money. So Called Longview area and remembered when grew up in Longview my folks used them. Up front about trip charge and hourly rate. I was not timing them so not sure is right. Got 2 outside faucets that supposed to be leaking behind brick and several other plumbers said have take out some wall to fix problem. So we’ve lived without those faucets till now. Brennan fixed both in just a few minutes with no fuss. He made me very happy and appreciative that he didn’t tell me he didn’t have parts on truck and would have to go to town to get them. When live in country that is something I’ve come to expect just added to bill. So I did not feel cheated in any way. The faucets work and hopefully Pither and Brennan will be available when I need someone again.”

“Pither Plumbung does everything so professionally! It was super helpful to receive a text each morning alerting me to the arrival of my plumber. My project was very technical and I don’t believe just anyone can work on these types of advanced applications. Ron was not intimidated by anything I asked him to do. There is true value in their expertise. I would highly recommend Pither Plumbing.”

“Huge shoutout to Pither Plumbing for showing up at 2 AM like absolute lifesavers when both my apartment and my neighbor’s decided to turn into indoor pools. As a property manager, I’ve seen it all—but their quick response, professionalism, and “we’ve got this” attitude in the middle of the night truly stood out. Fast, efficient, and no panic—just results. Highly recommend… preferably during normal business hours, but nice to know they’ve got your back when chaos hits! Thank you Brennan!”

“This company is amazing! We had a broken pipe at our dental office this morning which could have ruined our whole day but they got there quickly and got it fixed so efficiently. I would highly recommend them to anyone! They were very professional and they have amazing equipment.”
