“Very unprofessional. Their website says they serve Mount Pleasant, but after making me wait all day with no updates, they suddenly tried to charge $450 just to show up because they’re based in Longview. That’s not honest or transparent. I didn’t move forward with them and suggest others double‑check pricing before scheduling”

“Called Pither because last plumber used in my area really gouged us in the money. So Called Longview area and remembered when grew up in Longview my folks used them. Up front about trip charge and hourly rate. I was not timing them so not sure is right. Got 2 outside faucets that supposed to be leaking behind brick and several other plumbers said have take out some wall to fix problem. So we’ve lived without those faucets till now. Brennan fixed both in just a few minutes with no fuss. He made me very happy and appreciative that he didn’t tell me he didn’t have parts on truck and would have to go to town to get them. When live in country that is something I’ve come to expect just added to bill. So I did not feel cheated in any way. The faucets work and hopefully Pither and Brennan will be available when I need someone again.”
