“I was referred to Hansen by a family member who has used them several times. I called them to fix a leak stemming from a frozen water spigot. They were super responsive, even given the busy holiday season. Cody was professional, efficient, and transparent about the necessary repairs/costing. They also provide a 1-year warranty which is a huge plus.”

Waited around then received ‘sorry can’t make it’ and ‘sorry can’t help you’ with no explanation. When I asked for clarity, he asked if I had the wrong number but then acknowledged we spoke when I sent screenshot. Very weird, I would be hesitant to rely on this company. He showed up at the time he said he would, and he was able to quickly identify the problem. He had to replace a pipe and did it completely free of charge! He had our water heater up and running again in less than an hour. I tried giving him a tip for coming out and getting everything done so quickly and cleanly, but he would not accept it. A while after he left, I noticed more dripping; called John and he was back at my house again within 15 minutes to make sure the water heater was not defective. “We had a tenant with a leaking water heater , and was out of hot water. John was the only plumber that answered his phone at 10:00 pm on a Friday night and he was not an answering service which I appreciate. He was able to come out Saturday (I was going to have to wait until Monday with other 24 hour service people). He came out when he said he would and replaced the water heater and my tenants were able to take a hot shower again. He also let me text him pictures of the water heater and walked us through turning off the water until he could get there. Also suggested we hook a hose up to it to drain it .
