“I was very pleased to have Kevin for this service. His customer service was great! He was professional, skilled and very informative. He took time to answer all my questions and made sure that I understood all my options. He was also very respectful, he wore shoe covers at my residence and did not leave any mess. The office was kind and understanding, they kept updating me on the appointment and gave me the name of my technician ahead of time. I would refer everyone to Action Air Plumbing and Septic. “Listen, if you are a first time home buyer who has nooooo clue what they are doing when it comes to ac units, with 2 kids and being a woman lol. These are the people you need to reach, I had the pleasure of having ED in my home and not only did he help in numerous ways to make every situation to be financially available for me, he walked me through what the issues were at hand and what could potentinally come after (we have a very old unit lol) he didnt hassle me or try and sale me on anything. “Called them about a smell coming from my air vents. They sent someone next day. A snake was used to clear out built up sludge. I haven't smelled that nasty sewer smell anymore.
