“My parents bought a brand new heating and cooling unit from this company a few years ago and started having issues with it shortly after. For two years, the air conditioner does not want to blow cool air therefore the house is not kept cool. There’s not enough circulation and it is causing the pipes on the unit outside to freeze. My parents called them both years prior because the unit is still under warranty and the issue has never been fixed. So imagine how Unsurprised I was when the temperature got to 100° today and the pipes on their AC unit have frozen, causing it not to work again. This is the 3rd year mind you. I would never recommend this company to anybody, for any services. They do not honor their warranty because they do not fix anything when you call them. They like to come out and tell you there’s nothing wrong but clearly there is something wrong because the pipes keep freezing!!!”

Whether it’s a repair that’s needed or a new system needed as a last resort, I trust them to give me an honest assessment of the situation and the costs involved before work begins. I’ve used them for years and will continue to do so. They’re great people whose goal is to offer the best service available to new customers and seasoned ones as well.”

“Gibson came out and gave me a bid on a tankless water heater after I saw the ad on TV. They installed the unit the same day. I have chronic pain and need a long hot shower. My new tankless water heater never runs out of hot water. Very pleased with the professionalism and installation process.”

“Joe helped us out to see what was going on with our heating system. He had a phenomenal attitude and explained what was going on thoroughly. He took a look around and made some suggestions on what can be done. He was very informative and represented the company in a professional manner. He set us up with an appointment to get an estimate on some things we were interested in. And he kept in contact with us to confirm date and times. For our estimates Mr. Scott helped us out. He took a look at our situation and within minutes gave us his professional advice and estimate on what would be needed to achieve the results we wanted. Now if I can convince the misses to stay close to home these holidays, we should be able to get some work done to the house before Xmas. Other than that our experience was awesome, informative and we felt comfortable with all our advice given. Thank you guys.”

They have always been incredibly quick to respond to our calls, even after hours.
