To make matters worse, the estimate I received was not itemized—just a flat charge of $2,000 with no breakdown of parts or labor. I have contacted the company multiple times requesting a simple itemized estimate, but have not been provided one. At this point, I feel this was a clear attempt to upsell and overcharge rather than provide honest service.
