“Had several issues including water heater failure, attic insulation not adequate, need for updated thermostat, and need for air return in new den. Called Lowery on Monday morning. Had a follow-up call with Philip shortly after and Philip was at our home a few hours later. Philip discussed all of our concerns with us and made recommendations based on our needs and provided us with several quote options. He even talked us out of unnecessary things we thought we needed, but did not. The very next morning we received a call from Carlos stating he and his crew were on the way to complete ALL the work. Carlos and crew did an amazing job and left no mess in our home. The work was professionally completed in one day which was fantastic. We highly recommend Lowery.”

“Two gentlemen came to my house to clear a clogged drain that stopped all events in my 2 bathrooms. They were courteous, friendly, informative and professional in how they spoke to me and how they addressed the issue I was having. have an older home so I have had Lowery Plumbing come out twice for two different drains and I must say they are great! “We spent over $25,000 on a brand-new HVAC system expecting quality work and reliable service, but our experience has been extremely disappointing. The installation took weeks longer than we were originally quoted. Throughout the process, we were patient and understanding because Estefan assured us everything would be replaced, repaired, and working properly once the job was complete. Unfortunately, we've already had multiple issues. One of the brand-new units has already frozen up, requiring a technician to come out. Since that visit, the unit still isn't blowing correctly and is showing the same problems as before. It's frustrating to have these kinds of issues with a completely new system. We were also told by the technician that if we needed anything after the installation, such as additional vents or other adjustments, to simply call. However, when we did, Estefan told us that adding a small return vent would have to wait for months because they were busy with other homes. I have the text messages documenting this. Customer service has been just as disappointing. I've been calling since 7:50 p.m. because our system still isn't working correctly. It is now 9:35 p.m., and I'm still waiting for the on-call technician to return my call. This is the 2nd time this has happend and the technician carlos called me the next day refrencing how he would need to call the office but he didnt even call me after my number was given out by oncall answering service.The person answering the phone tonight couldn't even explain why no one has called back. For the amount of money we invested, we expected a company that stands behind its work and responds when problems arise. Instead, we've been left dealing with repeated issues, poor communication, and promises that haven't been kept. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.”

“Jesse and Miguel were very through in cleaning our vent pipe. They were unable to access the pipe from the roof because it was recently installed when our roof was replaced. They were able to pull a significant amount out and felt like they were able to remove all the the lint from the bottom. They cleaned up everything, cleaned the tops of the washer and dryer and put them back and made sure the vent hose wasn’t crimped.”

“The company with which American Homeshield set me up could not show up for 2 days despite the fact that a clogged seeer line had left me unable to use the toilet, shower, dishwasher, or washing machine. I canceled that request and contacted Lowry’s, and in less 3 hours, a nice plumber showed up who fixed the problem and set me up to have a free scope done to determine exactly where the clog was and check for any problems. The top notch service I received from Lowry’s cost me less than half of what my service fee to AHS would’ve been and got my household up and running 2 days sooner-Thank you Lowrey’s!”
