“Hiring these guys was the worst decision I ever made. They charged me $3000 for a $2000 job. They refused to install the vent, arguing with me about whether or not I needed it. When they realized the pipe they were using would not fit my old toilet, they ordered a cheap new toilet without asking me about it. When I arranged to be home at 3 o’clock so he could install the toilet, he didn’t show up until 4:30, at which point he said he would have to charge me overtime because it would take until after 5 o’clock! I sent him home and called Casey Jones, which is what I should’ve done in the first place.”
