“Donald and Ben represented Bradbury Brothers very well. Both were very friendly. In the beginning, they explained the next step and expectations before it was done. Went over options and planned well. See attached photos of work performed. More work was required with drops and other behind the scenes work to make this work. They worked till 8:30 plus to make it right while maintaining a positive energy the whole time. Outstanding is all I have to say.”

“We had a bathroom faucet replaced this morning by Ross Hauser from Bradberry Brothers Plumbing, Electrical & Air Conditioning, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Ross arrived right on time, was courteous and professional, worked efficiently, and left the area spotless when he was finished. The faucet was installed quickly, and everything works perfectly. It’s refreshing to see someone who takes such pride in their work and treats your home with respect. I highly recommend Ross and Bradberry Brothers for anyone needing plumbing services. “They charged us $300 for condenser coil cleaning. I trusted them to do their job. After all, we have their membership. They wouldn’t take advantage of paying members, right? WRONG! It turns out since I’m a woman and supposedly don’t know any better, they got away with murder. See attached pics for the job they DID NOT do. Then they have the audacity to quote us $5k to clean our whole system-which turns out to be perfectly fine. I would recommend doing your research-there are plenty of other more knowledgeable and trustworthy HVAC companies in the area. This company will rip you off until you cry foul. Take your money elsewhere, trust is hard to re-gain when broken. After spending about 20k with this company, I will never be spending another dime with them. They will try to upsell and upcharge you any way they can. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE.”
