“I asked at home warranty and they send this company 😡i ask them to fix the heating, and they did fix it, but the air conditioning stopped working. The next day, neither the heating nor the air conditioning worked. After calling them for almost three weeks for a solution, they came to reinstall the control board, and since the unit still didn't work after they installed the board, they started cutting wires they shouldn't have and removing perfectly good parts. This means they were just trying to guess the solution. Their diagnosis was that a wire had a short circuit, which is why it wasn't working, and they wanted to charge $800 to fix it. They just came to my house and made a mess. And guess what? I went to YouTube to look for videos to try and fix it, and I managed it. But first, I had to remove all the mess those so-called professionals made. Anyway, I fixed what you couldn't. What I got from you was: 1- Unnecessarily cut wires. 2- Parts removed when the original ones were working perfectly. 3-thermostats not working. 3-missing screws on the other machine, which I don't know why they touched since it was fine and I didn't ask them to fix anything. But I'm happy because I was able to do it myself. And I managed to do what an expert on the subject couldn't. I was better than the experts.👎.”
