“Called them about replacing a faulty thermostat for my chiller unit. They showed up, struggled to take the thermostat off the wall, struggled with the wiring, and finally installed a replacement thermostat off center. They then sent me an invoice for the work a week later for $800, claiming that the thermostat cost them $450 and that their tech failing to remove a thermostat from the wall had a going rate of $130 an hour. Their customer support was dismissive and unhelpful. Stay away!”

“THEY FILED A LIEN 10 DAYS AFTER THE BILL DUE DATE - DURING THE GOVERNMENT SHUTDOWN!! Find a different contractor! I was pressed to use this company because of my condo association requirements. Just had them do work in December. When I finally got the bill they did NOT bill me accurately - they charged me for a full hour of work, when the guy only came to assess my issue and took 20 min. No physical work done. They refused to correct the bill, so I just said whatever I will pay it (didn't specify a date, just didn't want to argue about it anymore). I got busy and next thing I knew they filed a lien 10 DAYS after the due date (not 30 days - 10 days!!!). NO LETTER IN THE MAIL WARNING only an email with a subject line - Invoice#. I don't check my personal email all the time. ALL THIS DURING THE FEDERAL GVT SHUTDOWN - EVIL PEOPLE RUN THEIR ACCOUNTING DEPT!! Moreover, the very first job they did was replacing a pump in my AC unit. After it was done, the pump was and still is SO incredibly loud, the next door neighbors can hear it. They never came back to fix or adjust. Why would they put that in if they knew it was that loud? Take your business elsewhere - save yourself the trouble.”
