I’ve been dealing with crap 💩 floating out the showers/ tubes/ anytime we turned the sinks on 💩 & piss was every where, and coming out the floors! 13 days of dealing with it, and he came to the rescue! “Cannot recommend Bow Tie Plumbing enough! After other plumbers wouldn’t answer the phone, wouldn’t give us clear estimates or timelines, we decided to give Bow Tie Plumbing a shot, and WOW we are customers for life! First, Travis took my call and was so kind. He was able to give me a ballpark estimate over the phone, and when I told him we had a current leak he was able to get someone out to our house SAME DAY without charging me some outrageous fee. Kelton was our plumber, and he was spectacular to work with! It was very clear he knew what he was talking about, and he answered my endless questions, and helped give us great insight into our particularly difficult house. I especially appreciated after having him look over both of our challenging bathrooms, and telling him we had 50+ year old copper pipes throughout the house, that he didn’t try and upsell us on anything. He gave us the facts, told us what was looking a little sketchy and what looked stable, and got to work! He explained what his services would cost, he gave helpful suggestions, he listened to what I wanted and we both agreed on how it would be done so that he could warranty his work. “Both my outside faucets were leaking so I went to google and called I don’t know how many plumbers. However Bow Tie Plumbing was the one that caught my eye as they were very friendly and offered to come look at them for free. When my technician got here he was incredibly knowledgeable and knew exactly what the solution was. Based on this he gave me the price, which was more than reasonable, and said he would be right back once he had the parts. Upon arriving back at my house he fixed my faucets in less than 30 minutes! “Utilized Bow Tie Plumbing October 7 for a failed control valve on a Bradford White water heater. Called them initially October 4 which was a weekend and call was answered promptly. BTP-Travis came out October 6th and attempted a simple fix but to no avail. Located needed new control valve kit at a local supply house and returned October 7th and made the repair. Left with me the parts from the kit that were not needed for the repair. Not often does that occur as most will take the parts with them for use at another location. I appreciated his honest approach and integrity. Will definitely reach out to Bow Tie in the future as needed. Rate seemed competitive. Although we have a home warranty company, they have proven that their selection in companies from a call center in Bangladesh leaves a lot to be desired. We chose to pay out of pocket without utilization of our home warranty intervention and very glad we did. GREAT JOB TRAVIS BOWEN!”
