We got in contact with Kooline ASAP and Mo dispatched his team over to evaluate our system. Chris and Scott relay the bad news about our system, but after 13 years with it was time to part ways. Mo was great in discussing our options with no pressure and hassle free. After receiving multiple quote the choice was clear, Kooline was the best option for us. Mo was able to get our unit replaced ASAP. We are now enjoying our new efficient unit that outperforms our expectations. They ran the snake all the way to the main drain to clear any obstruction to unclog the pipe. Before the Tech left, we ran a quick test to confirm pipes were clear.
