“Asked them to come for a service, then had to call them back to finish a service and justify it. Came back and fixed the issue, then when I went back in to clean. They left the dirty part on my face creams. Oh and filled a trash can half with water and didn’t tell me. No respect for my health or house.”

“The plumber knew the problem by phone before coming, told me how to easily fix it myself without coming and did not accept any charges. Total respect for him.”

“We have used SJ plumbing for about 5 years in 3 different properties. The last service was on 3/2/2020 to a blocked sewage system. Jesse came on time as promised, repaired/replaced underground pipes and then reset the toilet. He was quick and clean and his cost most acceptable. We strongly recommend him to you as I don't think you'll find a better plumber.”

“Will not do business with them again. From the moment he arrived, the old guy seemed to not want to work and made comments about how hard it would be to remove the flange, how long it would take, etc. Like we had a choice since he'd already removed the toilet, and it was sitting in the middle of the bathroom. So he replaced the flange and re-set the toilet after I pointed out it had to be done. I asked him--for the third time--about replacing the shut-off valve since it was corroded. He finally told me he didn't have a valve on his truck, he'd have to go get one, and it would cost me for the time to drive across town and back. I said, "I would think you'd come prepared for something standard like that..." and he didn't reply. Thirty minutes after he left, my husband got home and saw that he hadn't caulked around the re-set toilet. We called them and they agreed that that was standard procedure--but if they came back, it would cost us another minimum hour of labor--for 10 minutes' of work that he should have done when he was here. And they were very defensive about his overall behavior. We've used them in the past, as have other family members, but it's been many years. Apparently, things have changed. We'll be looking for another plumber.”

“I never received services from this company..my review is based on my experience with them as business owners. I called several times..not a care in the world to attend to my situation..kinda like they are booked for a month out or something.. maybe thats a good thing...but in business..u take care of customers...or get out of business.. They didn't offer to return my call..or even give me hope that they would even bother penciling me down for a future appointment. I actually called like 6 plumbers...and sadly...most of these valley businesses behave like they just don't need business...Most readers here will attest to this comment. Don't waste your time. Not worth the quarter ur gonna drop on this call.. The picture here...kinda like their IQ..😒😒 Mike”
