“Toby's Plumbing was on time - polite and professional. They were able to solve the problem and I now have a working system. Previous plumber had decided it would be best to break through the foundation. Toby's found the solution to be quite simple. Their honesty was a breath of fresh air in today's make a buck quick world. Thank you!!!”

“Came recommended from my realtor. I called last Wednesday. Gave a brief rundown of the plans for the property and also mentioned my business that could use some future attention. I was just calling to see if they could come out on Friday last week to get my hot water going. They never showed up. Called Monday and they said they forgot to schedule but they would send out a crew Wednesday to hookup my new hot water heater. They arrive and decided they needed more time for diagnostic/troubleshooting a water supply issue and would have to return the next day. They charged me $145 for the hour (which I had no problem with) and confirmed they would be back out around 9am next day. Didn’t receive a phone call yesterday so I call yesterday around 2 PM and ask when they’d be out and their representative Scott didn’t know who I was and asked for my number again. I asked if he could send someone this morning and he again said they’d someone out. Here I am again today at 3pm no call no show. I call and speak with Scott and he proceeds to give me the run around and when I ask to speak to a supervisor he hangs up on me. Waste of my time and money. Terrible customer service.”

The extra hour was for travel time and they said they would send me the information from their GPS. 605 E beech is 15 min from my home. Argued with three people to get them to reduce the bill to 2.5 hrs. Receptionist was not very friendly. Will not call them again and would not recommend them to any of my friends. Check time of job completion.”
