“I had a great experience with Genzel Plumbing from start to finish. It was incredibly easy to get in touch with someone and schedule a quick appointment, which I really appreciated. Wyatt, the technician, was outstanding. He immediately identified the issue and fixed everything quickly and efficiently. “We had a small leak from the upstairs bathroom into the kitchen. Genzel Plumbing sent Parker, he got there and was unable to diagnose the issue so he asked to cut an hole right above where the water was dripping from. Once opened he said he saw moisture build up and lots of mold and immediately started to sell me water restoration and mold removal services. We hadn’t yet diagnosed the issue and he continued to ask me that we should get a company out there to start the drying and mold removal services. This seemed very suspicious to me as the leak was not very big and hadn’t be there long. Either Parker has his own restoration company or is not trained on what mold looks like. He used silicone around the area in the bathroom shower faucet where he suspected the leak from. We had a professional restoration company come out and they did a thorough inspection and concluded there isn’t any sign of moisture build up or mold. I am left with large gap in my ceiling that I now have to repair. This may or may not have been necessary to do but I find it oddly suspicious that Parker was more focused on restoration than actually fixing the problem. I will avoid Genzel Plumbing in the future.”
