“The guy that came out was really nice but unfortunately I can’t justify paying over 300% above retail for parts they say I have to have on top of what my warranty covers. Plus I couldn’t get a breakdown in writing what the parts cost, they just kept saying they’d send it and to this day never did. Went with a different company and it was dramatically cheaper for the same work and had everything replaced. Saving over $600 is a noticeable deal to me.”

“Over all, the new water heater was replaced. The mess the technician left was unprofessional. Where the water heater was replaced, calcium was peppered all over. Also, the floor was super wet and again, spotted with calcium. Out on the driveway was also left with lots of sediment and calcium. Just messy. Now a week later, it’s super white and chalky.”
