“We just had our annual maintenance, and Ralphy did a phenomenal job. He was quick, clear on what needed to be changed and why, honest about our maintenance needs, and took the time to educate me on our whole house + reverse osmosis system. 6 out of 5 for customer-centric service!”

“Company came out to replace my water softener. They came out last week to troubleshoot and didn't have the right parts. The technician said they would refund the first trip when they replaced the unit. The company lied to me about this. Any plumbing company would have done the refund. Do not use these people. I don't know if it was ignorance or arrogance that caused them to act this way or a little of both. I've owned 2 large commercial companies and I would never treat a customer like this.”

“I’m very disappointed with my experience with AmeriFlow. I scheduled a service on 9/10/2024 specifically to have my reverse osmosis system serviced and filters replaced. I was charged a trip fee and labor, however no filters were changed during the visit. This was never clearly communicated to me at the time. I was only later informed (in writing, much later) that the system was not serviced due to concerns about the housing. That information was not explained during the appointment, and I was still charged for labor. After recently having another company service the system, it was confirmed that the filters had not been properly addressed. The technician also noted issues that should have been identified during the original visit. I reached out to AmeriFlow to address this and did not”

“My water softener and filtration system was at the end of its lifecycle (11yrs). I purchased a new system from Spencer’s and Ameriflow did my install yesterday. My install was scheduled quickly (thank you Lori) and the technician (Omar B.)arrived promptly on time. Omar was polite and professional. He asked if I had any questions and quickly began removing the old system, and installing my new water filtration system and water softener. He walked me through the start up, left me with the instructions/manual and hauled away the old equipment, which was extremely heavy. I’m very happy with my experience from scheduling to installation all within 7days. I would highly recommend Ameriflow water treatment systems.”

“STAY AWAY!! I ordered new filters and membrane from this company for my RO system that I purchased from them. They sent the filters but didn’t send the membrane. When I contacted them about the shipping discrepancy, they ignored me. I have since tried placing orders to get the membrane, however, the company continues to cancel the order and they will not return my inquiries as to why. DO NOT do business with this company. There are so many better options to choose from when it comes to water filtration.”
