Arid Valley Plumbing LLC

Arid Valley Plumbing LLC works as a plumbing outfit based in Mesa, TX. They handle the steady stream of residential and light commercial plumbing needs across the area. Mesa sees wide temperature swings that stress pipes and fixtures, along with hard water that builds up in lines and appliances over the years. Homeowners here face routine troubles like slow drains from mineral deposits or leaks that show up after cold snaps hit. The company sticks to straightforward fixes that match the practical demands of local properties without dragging jobs out longer than needed.

They handle drain clearing, faucet repairs, water heater replacements, and sewer line inspections that come up often in Mesa homes. Crews show up with the right equipment to locate problems fast, whether that means snaking a main line or swapping out corroded sections under a slab. Work focuses on getting systems back in order the same day when possible and explaining options plainly so owners know what the job involves before anything starts. Common calls involve low pressure from old galvanized lines or toilet and sink installs during kitchen updates, all done with an eye on lasting results in the local soil and climate conditions.

Customers keep coming back because response times stay tight even on busy days and the repairs hold without repeat visits. Pricing stays competitive for the level of work put in, and updates during the job keep things clear from start to finish. Quality stands out in how crews address the actual cause instead of surface symptoms that fail quickly in Texas weather. DIRT Score 4.56 from 356 reviews on Finds.

“I had an amazing experience with Arid Valley Plumbing. Their team is awesome! I had a water heater leaking at 8PM on a weekday, and they were out immediately. They took care of the issue quickly and kept me informed the entire time, which I really appreciated! Their tech, Robbie, was great. He explained everything clearly, was professional, and had us back up and running within an hour. You can tell this team works hard, has a lot of passion for what they do, and gets the job done right the first time. Highly recommend!!”

“Arid was great to work with. I used them through my home warranty and will request them from now on if possible. I understand the hate with home warranty repairs, especially with water heaters. They will charge you for "modifications" which we all know we don't need. We dont need new valves which were holding just fine or new lines, etc. They need to make money somewhere and that is where it comes from. Plus, it so they know that they did all they can to make sure everything is new so there are no failure points when they leave. To make a short story longer, I am an hvac tech by trade for 28 years and could have done this myself but I pay for a warranty and was going to use it. These guys were amazing! I spoke with Zack, a young guy who knows his stuff. Its great to see a new gener”

“Dear Aird Valley Plumbing, Jesse was absolutely 100% professional, polite, and knowledgeable. I asked him, “If you were repairing this for your mother, what would you do?” When he explained the repair options and recommendations, I truly felt his advice was honest, thoughtful, and exactly the right approach. That is the option we chose. I also told him to be sure to tell his mother she raised a fine young man. Thank you again for such wonderful service. Sincerely, Cambria Masci”

“Mario is EXCELLENT! He was thorough and was able to identify the issue timely. Although we needed to get another specialist out her to resolve the problem he helped us expedite the process! Would definitely recommend.”

“I don’t write a ton of reviews, but this one is earned. We needed a second quote for a water heater replacement after a pretty frustrating experience with another plumbing company: less than 5 minutes at our house, an absolutely astronomical quote, and a “several weeks” wait because of a special order. When I questioned the price, they magically dropped it by 60%… which didn’t exactly inspire confidence. Then Brad from Arid Valley Plumbing showed up to give us a second quote and the difference was night and day. Brad took his time, explained everything clearly, and made sure we actually understood what needed to be done (imagine that). No pressure, no gimmicks, just straightforward, honest expertise. And to top it off, his quote was not only fair, it beat the other company by a mile. Even ”

“Huge shoutout to Arid Valley Plumbing for the amazing job installing our new water heater! Rob was professional, knowledgeable, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. It’s hard to find service this reliable and friendly these days—highly recommend Rob and the team for any plumbing needs!”

“This is an updated review of Arid Valley plumbing from a more recent service call dealing with my garage disposal. Using American Home Shield, I called to have my leaking garbage disposal repaired/replaced. I specifically asked to have Arid Valley Plumbing assigned to the job due to my previous excellent experience with them, as noted on an earlier review shown below. The Arid Valley staff is extremely pleasant and efficient. Tyler Smith, the technician who was assigned to resolve my garbage disposal leak, is an exceptional and obviously very experienced plumber. He quickly identified the problem and installed a new disposal. He is very professional and a great representative highlighting the quality work that results in my continuing 5-Star review of Arid Valley Plumbing. I called A”

“We were very happy with the service from Shawn , he was professional and explained everything that needed to be completed. The recirculating pump went out and of course very slow hot water. Shawn’s work was better than exceptional and he got the system running properly again. Highly recommended this business. AND they were able too come out the same day I called. Thank you.”

“Dustin showed up on time, was very professional and courteous. He answered all of my questions and explained the repair process in a very understandable manner. The work was completed in a timely manner and the worksite was all cleaned up before he left. I would highly recommend.”
