“Drip was the provider assigned by my home warranty company. I'll start with the lack of detailed communication regarding the full scope of the repair and what was required from me. And the most frustrating, I just realized they did not put the covers back over the bolts at the base of the toilet. Now I need to go back through the whole- make an appointment and have the technician return. I have paid 100 percent of my invoice however my toilet is not in its original cosmetic condition.”
