In Phoenix. On a holiday weekend. Thankfully, Everest sent their ringer in Jordan. From the second he walked in we knew we were in extremely capable hands. He explained everything in simple terms while also educating me in a super useful way. He didn’t sugarcoat the situation or over promise. Unfortunately his first line of attack didn’t resolve the issue, which was systemic and really nothing he could do. “I had Everest Air handle a fairly involved project at my home, including replacing my water heater, installing attic insulation, insulating the header above my garage door, and making several HVAC improvements. This included replacing the roof jack, elbow, and stand, upgrading the ductwork to an over-under drop setup, and adding a new return in the master bedroom to improve airflow and efficiency. As with any larger project, a few issues came up along the way, but what really stood out was how quickly and professionally they were addressed. Cory was responsive, stayed engaged throughout the process, and made sure everything was followed through to completion. She promptly scheduled a service appointment that best fit my schedule. Before the estimated time of arrival I received a telephone call, informing me that the technician was slightly ahead of schedule and if It were convenient they would be able to come sooner than anticipated. The technician they sent out was named Elijah. He was well spoken communicated very well and greeted me with a smile in a handshake. Elijah worked efficiently and throughout the duration of the process continue to inform me and educate me on what he was doing and why it was beneficial to the unit.
