“Overnight the water line from the street to the house started leaking, causing a major flood in my front yard. Called several services, Froggy LLC answering service took my information (6:30am), Somebody from the office called me back within 30 minutes letting me know they could have a plumber out between 10 and noon. Trevor called me back saying he could be there sooner (arrived at ~8:30). He scoped the work, explained in detail what/how they needed to do the fix, around pavers, etc. and gave a very competitive quote. I asked how long it would take and after obtaining the parts, he could have it completed within 3 to 4hrs. “On 7/6/26, Devin returned to my place and fixed the rusted out pipes in my kitchen. Supposedly NuFlow / Tri-Cities fixed all the pipes that go into the drain several years ago in the Villa del Coronado. Well that didn’t happen. Devin took care of the property to get the corroded and damaged pipe from the kitchen drain. Unfortunately, he even had to cut open a wall in the bedroom as well to complete the job. It wasn’t his fault. He did a great job so I can finally have water in the kitchen again. Plus, 5 days of dishes are now being washed in the d/w.
