“We’ve used Mr. Rooter for over 15 years and we wouldn’t call anyone else. They have fixed our clogs, installed new sewer and drain lines and solved all our plumbing issues. The team at Mr. Rooter is always responsive and professional. Recently during a plumbing inspection they discovered that our RO system was not installed correctly. Ken did an excellent job determining the problem and quickly developed a solution. He explained the problem clearly and presented a plan to get the water flowing. From the first phone call to the office to the final water flow resolution we always have a feeling of confidence and trust in the hard working folks at Mr. Rooter! Thank you Mr. Rooter. “Mr. Rooter's plumbing technician Cameron replaced my 30-yr. old hot & cold shutoff valves (see Old photo) in my laundry room that would not shut off completely. The drywall had to be opened up to access more of the pipes to do the repair, & he was very conscientious & gentle about doing so. The end result is almost unnoticeable (see New photo), even though I should probably still have the wall patched afterwards, but at least I don't have a gaping hole until then. Cameron cleaned up the water, dust, debris, etc. from the process & left everything looking & working great! I will have Mr. Rooter back for any other plumbing projects, & I will certainly request Cameron F. if he's available.”

I had full ceramic and Saltillo tile throughout the house and they did the least amount of demo they could to make the rebuild process go even smoother. Mario recommended pipe bursting to minimize the disruption. Ken, the pipe-bursting expert, also did an amazing job of operating the sophisticated equipment that pulls a new pipe in the old cracked pipe. All of them were professional, and kept my home floors and walls from getting damaged, dirty or dusty. Having a broken sewer line under the slab is one of the hardest things to have to deal with for me and my family but Mario explained with patience (as I am a very inquisitive client) all aspects of the job and gave me the confidence that he knew what they were doing and they sure delivered.”
