PinPoint Leak Detection

PinPoint Leak Detection works as plumbers based in Mesa, TX. They focus on finding and fixing water leaks across residential and commercial properties, with services that cover pool leaks, slab leaks, irrigation systems, and full property surveys. Their approach relies on specialized equipment to locate problems without tearing up yards or floors unnecessarily. In a place like Mesa where dry spells alternate with heavy rains, these plumbers deal with shifting soils that crack pipes and send water bills climbing. Homeowners here often face hidden leaks under concrete or around pools that waste thousands of gallons if left alone.

The crew handles residential pool leak detection by using listening devices and pressure tests to pinpoint cracks in liners or lines, then repairs them before refilling the water. On the commercial side they check slab leaks in office buildings or shops by tracing moisture patterns and isolating sections of pipe, while irrigation leak detection involves walking lines and checking valves for breaks caused by roots or age. Property surveys give a full map of underground systems so owners know what sits where before any digging starts. Texas heat dries out soil fast and pushes pipes to move, so these jobs come up often when a homeowner notices a soft spot in the lawn or a sudden drop in water pressure.

Customers keep coming back because the team shows up quick, explains the issue in plain terms, and finishes the work without adding surprise costs or leaving a mess behind. Speed matters when a leak threatens a foundation, and the quality of the fixes holds up through the next monsoon season while prices stay reasonable for the amount of time saved on water waste. Communication stays straightforward from the first call through the final walkthrough. DIRT Score 4.98 from 725 reviews on Finds.

“Pinpoint was amazing to work with from beginning to end. We originally called them for a second opinion, and although they were booked until the following week, they rearranged their schedule to fit us in the very next morning. They quickly found the leaks in our pool, repaired them, and got everything back up and running without any issues. Their communication was excellent every step of the way, and the entire process was smooth and professional. I would definitely recommend them and will absolutely use them again if we ever have any other pool issues.”

“Great job, PinPoint Leak Detection! Seth did an outstanding job identifying the issues with our pool system resulting in a clogged drain and clearly explained what needed to be repaired. The repair team responded quickly and completed the work efficiently, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. I received a text message every day on what work was going to be completed that day. A special thank you to Vic, who went above and beyond by verifying all of the repairs, getting the pool system back up and running, and even taking the time to do a FaceTime call to help finish setting up multiple timers correctly. That level of customer service and follow-through is hard to find. From diagnosis to repair to final startup and support, the entire PinPoint team was professional, knowled”

“We had a great experience with Pinpoint Leak Detection! They arrived on time, were professional, trustworthy, knowledgeable and even explained everything to us. They were able to locate the leak, and quickly fix and complete the job efficiently. It’s hard to find reliable service these days, and they definitely exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend them to anyone needing pool leak detection or repair!””

“I was referred to Pinpoint Leak Detention for what appeared to be some excess moisture in the landscape rocks outside our pool spa deck. Pinpoint was able to get out within a few days to locate the leak, which turned out to be 2 leaks in our spa return lines. The cool deck had to be cut & jackhammered to get to the leaking pipes. The repairs were handled in a timely manner, with text communication from Kirk nearly every day to advise next steps. Each technician was polite & efficient in getting their part of the job completed. The tech that stood out was Reyn, who handled the finishing touches to our cool deck. He did an amazing job to make the repaired area match the existing deck. Thank you”

“Pinpoint was able to squeeze me in before the winter holidays for a leak detection service. I had just used another company less than a year ago for a different issue (that was then fixed) but thought I would try someone new since the first company may have missed other issues. Pinpoint was on time for their appointment, texted twice in advance to remind me and to let me know they were on their way. I love that level of communication! Jacob our tech was very professional and thorough and showed me exactly where the issues were with our pool leak (including the waterfall feature). I plan to use them for the repair as well and I can only imagine they will do as well with repairs as they do with detection. I highly recommend them! PS I did use Pinpoint to execute the repairs they recommende”

“We have used Pinpoint twice to fix leaks in our pool and spa. They are prompt, courteous, and do quality work. All crews are highly skilled and know their stuff. I was worried about the cost and the appearance of the deck after repairs. However, the cost was quite reasonable and our deck looks great! I would not have believed they could remove and replace the flagstone to look perfect - but they did. Even the cool deck looks good where it had to be replaced and refinished. Best of all, they quickly found and fixed the leaks. I highly recommend them. Fixing a pool leak is a complex and multi-step process. You want a company with a crew of pros that can deliver a top notch turn key repair, Pinpoint is that company.”

“Vic and Freddy did an amazing job! Communicative, fast and quality work. So happy we used Pinpoint. Really impressed with the thoroughness of this company. Updated 5/13/26 After the initial repair our old pool sprung an additional leak. Pinpoint is relentless! These guys made multiple trips and made sure we're leak free. Highly recommend Pinpoint for your pool leak detection and repair needs you won't find a better company.”

“Vic at Pinpoint Pool Leak Detection was exceptional from start to finish. He’s professional, responsive, and incredibly thorough in his work. What really stood out was his willingness to go above and beyond—he took the time to clean up areas that weren’t even his responsibility, which speaks volumes about his work ethic and character. I truly appreciated his attention to detail, especially how he made sure our pool looked its absolute best once all the repairs were completed. It’s rare to find someone who takes that much pride in both the quality of their work and the final presentation. I’m very grateful for his help and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to others.”

“Excellent experience with PinPoint. Great communication, quality work, and they were more than fair. One portion of the estimate seemed high and they reduced it after agreeing that it was easier than expected which was very honorable. Also repaired a bit of accidental damage that was done to my gate at no cost. Pools are complicated and I felt no concerns throughout the entire repair process. Also, they do not ding you with a bunch of ticky-tacky extras - they see the job, quote it, and it's all in. Will be the only company I use going forward on any pool job.”
