However, I received a call back within minutes from Doug at PlumbSmart. He advised that he could haves someone at my home Sunday Morning. The technician, Jacob, arrived on time. Very professional. He advised that that the repair was minor and the unit could be repaired. Jacob had the repair made within 1 hour. He also completed a diagnostic test for the entire system. Everything was good. They will authorize your warranty parts delivered to their business without asking you, it’s a cheap tactic to lock you in.
