Smith Plumbing Heating and Cooling

Smith Plumbing Heating and Cooling handles plumbing work out of Mesa. They take on residential jobs in a desert setting where intense heat and hard water cause pipes to wear faster and water heaters to fail more often than in milder climates. Homeowners around here regularly run into mineral buildup that clogs drains and raises the risk of leaks under slabs or in walls. The company focuses on straightforward fixes for these common issues along with gas lines and basic maintenance that keep systems running without repeated callbacks. Their service area covers nearby spots like Tempe and Chandler where the same weather-driven problems show up in older homes and newer builds alike.

They clear drains with hydro jetting, handle sewer repairs through trenchless methods that limit yard damage, and track down leaks before they turn into bigger messes. Tankless water heater installs get plenty of attention because they cut monthly bills and provide steady hot water even during peak summer use. Crews also manage gas line work, full repiping projects, pool and spa leak repairs, and emergency calls for sudden backups or low pressure. The process stays practical with on-site assessments that lead to targeted repairs rather than full replacements unless truly needed, and they keep equipment on trucks to finish most jobs in one visit.

Homeowners note reliable arrivals when pipes burst or water heaters quit during heat waves, solid repairs that last without quick returns, and fair costs on upgrades that save money over time. Straight answers on what broke and how to fix it help during stressful situations like sewer issues or remodels. The crew earns trust through consistent quality on drain and leak work without pushing extra services. DIRT Score 4.77 from 231 reviews on Finds.

“I'm extremely happy and impressed with Smith Plumbing! Rob did a great job replacing my hot water heater as well as being professional and friendly. He was on time, went out of his way to match my schedule, did a great installation and left everything cleaner than it was before he arrived. Their prices are very fair and comprable to other plumbers. They are the ONLY plumbing company out of four I called that answered their phone (!) and that person was friendly and professional as well. I will be using Smith Plumbing from now on.”

“I am very pleased with Smith Plumbing. The quote I received was fair compared to another contractor quote I received. Garron and Braden were pleasant young men, tidy, and showed me the problems I had going on that would have been disaster had I not had the work done. I will be using Smith Plumbing again for all my future plumbing needs.”

“Water heater replacement. This company did not replace flex lines when they replaced water heater. 1 year later I had a water heater flush by a different company because Smiths Plumbing charges way to much. I was told that the flex lines were not replaced. I call Smiths Plumbing and I was told sure no problem. 1 month later I'm still trying to get this resolved.”

“It was great! They arrived at my home, just a few hours after my online form was submitted on their website, to replace my toliet and shut off valve. Garron performed quality work, was professional, knowledgeable and gave upfront fair pricing.”

“Smith Plumbing Hi Tracy – I wanted to take a moment to share how impressed and grateful we are to Garron who came out this last Sunday to repair a leak in our home. He did a phenomenal job not only fixing the issue but providing a creative solution for the area moving forward to eliminate future issues. Garron definitely went above and beyond in every way. Not only did he respond to our call very quickly he was incredibly thorough and professional at addressing the issue, understanding that without attention our house would have been without water. He demonstrated kindness and consideration for our family needs and went out of his way to ensure the repair was completely resolved, testing and retesting to ensure a proper repair. He took extra steps to ensure the repair was completed saf”

“We purchased a water drinking fountain with bottle filler. Tracey was great to work with and very helpful in scheduling to our needs. Also, the technician Robbie did a super job in helping us identify the proper unit we needed. Robbie removed the old unit and installed the new unit, he worked quickly and cleaned everything once the work was done. The invoice was exactly as quoted and we are very satisfied with Smith Plumbing and highly recommend for future needs.”
