“I had a slab leak and had to have lines rerouted. Dylan is the young man that completed the work and he was AWESOME, AMAZING, PATIENT, PROFESSIONAL and definitely a pleasant person to have in your presence. I really appreciated him explaining what he was doing and why. He tapped the sheet rock back in place so when I had my handy man come in to complete the work. Dylan is an ASSET to the company.”

“Brought them in to fix a leak, and they ran a new line. Immediately after they left the house--like within 5 minutes--the house was flooded from a significant leak within their brand-new work. It's quite possible that it was leaking as soon as they turned the water on, before they left the house, and they didn't even check; if they did check, it must have broken within 1 minute. Although they are repairing the leak they caused, when asked if they would do anything about the fact that they flooded the house due to poor work and/or lack of a basic spot check, they made it clear that they would not; I have to deal with the clean-up and any potential resulting damage, and they would not make any price concessions. That's their right, but I just thought people should have this info when making plumbing decisions. Good luck to anyone trying to resolve their own plumbing issues; I know that can be a pain.”
