“Professor Plumb has worked for me at multiple properties, and I'm finally writing this long overdue review after Blue replaced my 19-year-old conventional water heater with a tankless unit yesterday. He was amazing! Blue worked late into the night on a Friday to ensure we had hot water, then came back on Saturday, worked late to finish the job, and didn't grumble when we asked for adjustments. He cleaned up each day, wore booties in the house, and laid drop cloths from the front door to the utility closet to keep our home clean. He's hilarious, has great stories, and is incredibly professional and polite. Blue's partner, Brian, is also a funny, sensible guy who has done everything from replacing the cut-off valve on one property to replacing an entire system in a gut renovation at another property. The two of them are honest to a fault, very personable, reasonably priced, and I'm really happy I found them.”

They're knowledgeable and are patient in explaining the problem and solution to customers.”
