“My plumber was nice until he started asking me personal questions like Did I live alone? Which was NOT any of his business and Totally inappropriate, and "so, it's just you and your dog here?" After he left, I called the company. The first guy I talked to was shocked. He told me the guy "misspoke", and he would take care of it. He told me he would talk to the manager and they would call me back. She did call and took up for the plumber, saying that "he has been with the company for a long time". Im thinking SO? That's what the technician quote me. 500.00 he went to home depot and purchase a 100.00 pump to replace the old one. I look it up and saw the price at 99.95 on home depot website. He charge me 400.00 for labor which it didn't take long to put in. I will never use your service again. 934.00 was a overcharged.”
