We had an unexpected gas issue come up at one of our local restaurants right before a very important day, and Michell showed up knowledgeable, professional, calm, and ready to do whatever it took to help. You could tell he genuinely cared. He would have worked all night to make sure everything was safe and handled correctly. In moments like this, you realize how important dependable local companies truly are to the Permian Basin community. “Wanting to give a SHOUT-OUT to Mitchell of HELM Pluming Services for doing an outstanding job at Pho&Beyond today. Atmos energy shut down their gas due to a small leak and they have grand opening the next day. When we reached out to Mitchell of HELM Plumbing Services, it was after 2:00 pm but Mitchell understand the sense of urgency and worked with his boss, Beto and the team to get this issue resolved and get the city to inspect right before 5:00 pm. Our friend from MRT Magazine/Basin Flavor Magazine witness this miracle and very impressed on how Mitchell lead this project to allow Pho&Beyond still have their Grand Opening on 05/28. “I needed to have a new faucet, sink drain and RO faucet installed for my new countertops. They were here for 2 hrs and 15 minutes, including the time to go get parts. Charged for 3 hrs at $155/hr. Sloppy job on the drain install, left white plumbing putty all around the black drain. Did not secure the dishwasher, which my husband had to take care of. When I called the office to ask about the bill, the person answering the phone had an attitude and did not try to work with me about the pricing. I would not recommend this company. It's all about the money and not about customer service.”

“I had Helm come out to install a new water heater. The company failed to tell me they have a set charge for 3 hours even though they were only at my house for an hour at a rate of $135. They charged me over $1,100 for the water heater. I was very angry to say the least. I felt they overcharged me so I called Lowe’s and for the same water heater, they charge $600. Be careful with using this company. Although the employee who came out was very nice and helpful, I do not recommend this company.”

“Just had an encounter with a driver. He was in front of me and 3 other vehicles at a stop sign. He just sat so I tapped my horn at him. When he still didn’t go, I started to go around him as did the vehicle behind me. Coincidentally, he was behind me when I made a left turn. He flipped me off as I was turning. Not sure why he was mad since he was the one impeding traffic to begin with. This was a very unprofessional gesture by someone driving a company vehicle.”
