“I hardly ever leave long reviews, but these guys deserve a long one and better! I had my water heater go out and decided to give these guys a call based on all the great reviews I saw, and I have to say, I was not in the least bit disappointed! It was an after hours call when I couldn't get my water heater going again, gave these guys a call and they came and did what they could to get it running for the night, and swapped my water heater that was still under warranty the next morning. Unfortunately it worked great for a week, and then went out. It was nothing midtown did, just a bad water heater. It was Saturday when it failed again and of course the manufacturer was closed, as are most places and I said it was not a problem, I understand, and told them we could get it fixed Monday. The owner Carlos, contacted me a while after his guys had left and said he would do what he could to get us fixed up this same day. He got the new one to my house and installed it in a surprisingly fast time! Don't hesitate to call these guys for your needs, I am grateful! Its hard to find a company that actually cares for its customers, and this carlos is one of them!”
