“My ac stopped cooling last Sunday morning. I called WTR and they were out within 1.5 hours. They explained I would pay a 2 hour rate @165.00/hr (330.00)because it was the weekend. I completely understood. The rep was super friendly. However, they charged me 575.00 for the service. He was there for less than an hour & the only thing wrong was a 75.00 capacitor. So that part was marked up 300%. Absolutely ridiculous mark up rate. I felt completely taken advantage of and can’t recommend them. Wrong!!! It was at 9:00 the Sunday before Father’s Day. But nice try. I will definitely make my voice heard moving forward!”
