“Had B & B plumbing came out to fix drainage issues and told them water was backing up in the shower and coming out of the toilet onto the floor. They pulled the toilet and replaced to toilet ring. Asked if they was going to run a snake in the drainage pipe. The gentleman said no that he didn’t think that was the problem. Charge $500.00 and still didn’t fix the problem. So I went and rented a snake from ACE Hardware in town ran the snake now the problem has gone away. LOTS OF SOLIDS CAME OUT OF DRAINAGE LINES”

“I'm only adding another star for Corey - he serviced our home when we moved in last year and he was wonderful. Very straightforward and reasonably priced. But whoever is taking calls in their office now is very unprofessional. I called a week before to have my leaky faucet repaired, and she put me on the schedule. The day that she scheduled me for, I called to ask when they would be arriving. She replied, "Oh, I meant to call you yesterday, but we're not able to service your house today." Okay? When I gave her another date to have them come out, she said, "Okay, let me call you back to see if those dates ate available. Or give me a call later today." Wait, I thought it was your job to call me. Turns out, we did have to call back, and she said, "Yes, both of those dates are available, but just so you know servicing your area will be $400 for the first hour." Excuse me? I live in Granbury, but I have never had to pay that much before. Sad to say I won't be calling them again.”

“After paying B&B Plumbing in full for work on a new construction, a week later we had an issue with septic smells coming up from the tub. B&B came to check it out, did a temporary fix that lessened the smell, then quickly left and said "It's a simple fix, I'll be back to finish." At this writing we have been waiting 11 days for this simple fix. He has never shown up or even bothered to call back.”

“I had a semi-urgent plumbing issue and they were able to get to me same day! The issue ended up being more extensive than they could complete that evening, but they were there bright and early the next morning to finish up. Will definitely use them again. Thank you Cory and Robert!”

“Cory came out in an emergency and helped with installing a hot water heater. He was on time and did a great job quickly to get us hot water. In this weather it was greatly appreciated that he helped us! The water heater is working great over the last three weeks and we highly recommend Cory with any help with your water heater! 5 Stars.”
