“I called a week ahead of time and scheduled an appointment to have this company come out to my business to perform some preventative maintenance with the plumbing. I was told I had an appointment for the following Wednesday and that someone would reach with a time prior to Wednesday. Nobody ever called. Nobody ever showed on Wednesday, either. I called the company and the lady that answered the phone said she would call the plumber to find out an arrival time and that she would call me right back. Never heard from the company. Sent a text like their message says to do... No response. I would strongly recommend finding another company that displays a bit more professionalism. Steer clear of this company!!!”

“I love how after about 10 phone calls, & multiple texts the fact that noone could get back to me. And when someone finally DID get back to me & confirmed that they provided the service from which I asked for, they then ignored me once I tried to scedule for someone to come out. Lovely.”
