“Genuine down to earth people with character! Great service and professionalism. Took care of my specific problems and went to extra mile to make sure everything was working great! I see a lot of negative reviews around the pandemic time and the major freeze event where every plumber was bombarded with thousands of calls and no one could handle it. So in real current normal business conditions I ignore those. Great company !”

“Such a joke company. Never showed up and always blamed employees calling in sick. Called and scheduled work Each follow up phone call to see when they could commit to a time , I was assured by the owner 3 times they would be here by a certain time and day. Days later still no show Never tried to do business with someone who lies so much. Serres & Sons You SUK !”
