“These guys made a Sunday visit to repair a leak in our front yard. Not only were they on time and very professional, they let my girls watch the repair and answered a thousand questions while they worked. Truly a family company with values. This is the second time I’ve used their services in a month, they will forever be our plumbing company. I cannot express enough gratitude and appreciation! Thank you!”

“After two weeks and two visits for a drain repair and leaking faucet they were able to fix the leaking faucet but water started shooting from both the cold and hot water stems. When pointed out to the plumbers they said they couldn't fix that problem. The bill was $500 which now I have to call a better plumber to fix there mistakes. DO NOT use this company.”

“Do not use these people! They left a ditch down the middle of my property from not properly back filling in the trench for the new plumbing they laid. I called to ask for it to be fixed and the receptionist was extremely rude and informed me that they are not landscapers so I guess that is their excuse to leave my land a mess. I just used CL septic to install an aerobic system and they laid about 500 ft of work and left no ditches and the work that was done by Casey Jones people for my dads girlfriend was about 500 ft of ditches and a mess. If I could leave no stars I would. Rude company that doesn't care about customer service.”

These guys got out here fast and spent time on the phone with Rheem due to these units having manufacturing issues.
